Return & Cancellation Policy
Delivery and Returns :
We are dealing with Construction Material which is seldom returned post delivery. As per our return policy, we can accept returns / change or return only on mutually agreed terms. Otherwise there will be no returns accepted post delivery. There will be no refund on un conditional returns.
Cancellation time line needs to be followed strictly, only till the shipment has not begun. In case if the shipment takes time for more than a day it will be informed to the customer. Customer can request a cancellation during this period. In all conditions the cancellation time line will be 3 days maximum subject to non shipment and non delivery, post it there will be no cancellation.
Cancellation of the order :
Cancellation can only be made before the shipping of the order. You can cancel your order by placing a cancellation request. Once we have started the shipment the order cannot be cancelled.
Once the order cancellation is accepted, amount paid will be refunded through the same channel or check will be issued as per the Return Policy.
How Can I return the Ordered Products ?
In case you have received faulty or incorrect product, you may contact our customer care to arrange RTV (Return to Vendor). Brickcart shall issue refund for faulty/incorrect products.
What can I do if I receive a damaged/incorrect product ?
As soon as you discover a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care Team with the order number, the item's name, code, description of the fault and product images.
Replacements will be processed within 3 working days while refunds will be processed within 15 working days. However, please ensure to inform us about such issues with proof of the defect within 24 hours after you have received the shipment, after which, we won't be able to honour the refund. It is important to retain the packaging and the tags of the products.
How long will the refund process take ?
We shall process the refund within 48 working hours from our side and share the proof of refund on request. However, the time it takes to hit your account depends upon the processing time of your bank, which we do not have a control over. Normally, it should happen in a week’s time.
Return for no cause
Brickcart accepts the return only if there is no defect/damage and subject to the deduction of freight charges from the amount to be refunded.
- In case if for some good reasons customer wants to return then he will have to bear the charges.
- The product/s must not have been tampered with after delivery. In case of any further damage to the product during returning process, customer will be responsible for accepting the goods back.
No return if
- The product/s have been opened/used, either fully or partially.
- The product/s have been tampered with after delivery. This includes faulty storage.
How Brickcart will help in litigation
Brickcart will be responsible for chargeback / disputes / complaints/non-delivery & will arrange to provide documents from Seller towards any dispute. In case docs are not provided in a timely manner or insufficient documents are provided. Atom will have the right to recover the amount from Brickcart. For delivery related disputes signed POD is required or take acknowledgement (duly signed by customer) for delivery of the product
